Research Interests

Systematic reviews and meta-analyses, including network meta-analysis, especially those evaluating rare events and adverse/harmful events of drugs and devices. Clinical applications in cardiovascular medicine, infectious diseases and perioperative medicine.

Development and validation of prognostic models, especially the modeling of time-dependent covariates and competing risk analysis. Clinical applications in cardiovascular medicine, infectious diseases, and nephrology/urology.

De-novo development, adaptation and adoption of clinical practice guidelines in a broad range of clinical topics including hemophilia, chronic back pain, treatment for chronic hepatitis C infection, acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and cardiac transplantation.
