It was an important International Lipid Expert Panel online meeting on Monday evening, with numerous #ILEP#members participated despite being on vacation. Thanks for your commitment! It was so nice to see you all 
During the meeting, we discussed and agreed for the new composition of the #ILEP#SteeringCommittee for the years 2025-2030, welcoming new SC members – Prof. Ioanna Gouni-Berthold (Germany), Prof. Stoian Anca (Romania), Prof. Νίκη Κατσίκη (Greece), Prof. Amani Kallel (Tunisia), Prof. Dragos Vinereanu (Romania), Prof. Adrian Covic (Romania) and Prof. Arman Postadzhiyan (Bulgaria). Congratulations 
I am confident that by working hard together, we will achieve even greater success than in the last ten years 
The ILEP is also committed to promoting #mentoring; therefore, we are open to welcoming new #members – ambitious individuals with innovative ideas and expertise that can complement our group’s knowledge. We also extensively discussed ongoing and planned ILEP #papers, new #projects, #databases, books under the ILEP umbrella, and exciting collaborations with other research groups and societies. It seems that the next decade for the ILEP will be even more successful, with the primary aim of significantly reducing the #CVD burden, diagnosing #lipiddisorders early, treating them optimally, and ensuring access to the latest advancements in the field, regardless of where we live
